Job Description

  • To monitor and ensure all operational system works properly and meets the company standards
  • Maintain company technical infrastructure and hardware which include: networking, pc, laptop, mobile device, internet connection
  • Setup, Configure and Maintain current operating system, software and other application within the store and head office.
  • Maintain POS and Back end system
  • Manage IT assets deployment, allocation, delivery, tagging and inventory documentation
  • Creating and maintaining User Accounts, Executing Password Resets, Creating DistributionLists, in depth knowledge of user provisioning. 
  • Support to generate daily report activity from store to head office
  • Ability to create minor custom development either to system function or creating report for both operational and management. 


  • Mininum S1 majoring in Computer Science/Information Technology
  • At least 3 year (s) of working experience in it technical support or related experience, preferably in Retail Industry.
  • Knowledge in networking such as: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, switch, router, microtix, 
  • Knowledge in operating system: Windows and Windows server
  • Knowledge in programming skills and database (my sql, sql server) will be an advantage 
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Willing to travel and place outside jakarta
